Managed EHS Services

Keep recurring safety work moving with certified EHS professionals alongside your team. PreventX helps deliver the programs, inspections, training coordination and action follow-up your operation needs, with clear responsibilities and an agreed review schedule.

Put the guidance to work

Define your EHS scope, compare provider proposals and track corrective actions with one practical toolkit. Includes editable worksheets and a printable version. No email required.

When your team needs another pair of hands

Managed EHS fits businesses where safety is one of several jobs carried by an owner, operations manager or HR team. It can also support an established EHS department, bridge a vacancy or bring consistency to several sites. You keep a clear internal contact; we take on the agreed work.

Professional skills matched to your operation

Our professional capability includes CSP, CHST, OHST and CIH credentials: professional safety, construction safety, technical safety and hygiene, and industrial hygiene. We match the assigned practitioner's qualifications to the scope of your work.

A work plan with visible deliverables

Choose the work your team needs help completing. The proposal identifies which activities are included, their frequency, the sites covered and who reviews each result.

  • Contractor onboarding, incident follow-up and OSHA recordkeeping support can be included when scoped.
  • Environmental tasks and specialist work require a facility-specific review and the appropriate disciplines.
Examples of work that can be included; your scope selects the activities.

Project experience: a PreventX team professional worked freelance for Stadsbader Group as Site Manager for HSE, logistics and quality on the Euroglas industrial construction project. The project account explains the assignment and work performed.

A schedule that works for your operation

Agree on the site visits, remote work, meetings and deliverables before work begins. A construction project may need a different rhythm from a manufacturing plant or property portfolio. We serve ten U.S. states and can coordinate several sites while keeping a responsible contact at each location.

How kickoff becomes recurring delivery

This illustrative sequence shows how an engagement can progress. The actual timing, visit frequency and workload are set in your proposal.

What an action handoff looks like

Illustrative example: packaging materials repeatedly narrow a marked pedestrian route. The supervisor addresses the immediate obstruction; the recurring review follows the reason it keeps happening and the agreed longer-term change.

Who does what

PreventX performs the agreed EHS work. Your employer keeps operational authority, provides the people and information needed, and implements or authorizes workplace changes. The responsibility map is part of the engagement.

What shapes the cost?

The proposal follows the work: sites and shifts, field presence, recurring tasks, specialist needs, travel, existing program condition and the initial backlog. Ask which work is included, what requires a change request and what your team must still provide. A short recurring program and daily site support need different scopes.

Bring the work that keeps slipping

List your sites, the person currently coordinating safety and two or three tasks that need consistent attention. Add the project, customer commitment or staffing gap behind the request. The first conversation helps turn that information into a proposed scope; there is no need to design an outsourced department in advance.

Your questions, answered.

Q.01Is managed EHS the same as hiring a safety consultant?
A consulting project usually answers a defined question or produces a specific deliverable. Managed EHS includes recurring work and follow-up over an agreed period. A project can be included within a managed plan.
Q.02Can you support our existing safety manager?
Yes. Your EHS lead can keep program ownership while PreventX helps with selected inspections, training, document updates or action follow-up.
Q.03Can we start while recruiting a full-time EHS manager?
Yes. We can agree on temporary support, priorities and a handover plan so recurring safety work continues during the vacancy.
Q.04Do we need the PreventX platform to use managed services?
No. Start with the professional work your team needs. We agree how records and progress will be shared; a platform evaluation is a separate choice. Hybrid EHS brings the service and selected digital workflows together when both are useful.
Q.05What is included in a managed EHS proposal?
The sites, activities, deliverables, assigned responsibilities, professional skills, site visits, remote work, review schedule and commercial terms. Travel, specialist tasks, additional projects and changes should be explicit so your team can compare the same scope.
Q.06What should our internal contact be able to do?
Bring together the relevant supervisors and records, coordinate access, assign actions and get decisions from leadership. PreventX can prepare and follow up the work, while your employer retains authority over operations, staffing, resources and workplace changes.
Q.07Can one plan cover several states?
Yes, within our ten confirmed service states. We agree site delivery and local contacts, and keep the applicable jurisdiction, employer type and site requirements visible in the plan.
Q.08What should we agree about urgent support and regulatory outcomes?
Any urgent-response arrangement must be separately defined, and employer duties remain with your company. The plan establishes the work, responsibilities and review process; it does not guarantee a regulatory outcome.
