Project Experience, Standards & Sources

Explore the work behind our approach: site HSE management, contractor coordination, QHSE supervision and plant safety support. Each account identifies the role, period and working relationship, followed by the source standards behind our guidance.

Project assignments and team experience

The first three accounts describe project assignments carried out by PreventX team professionals. The HMT and OCI Nitrogen accounts describe individual team members' professional experience. Organization names identify the assignment and its working relationship; they are not customer testimonials or endorsements.

QHSE means quality, health, safety and environment. These accounts document responsibilities and work performed. A proposed Managed EHS engagement defines the people, deliverables and requirements for your own operation.

Start with the responsible authority

For U.S. workplace safety questions, use federal OSHA or the relevant OSHA-approved State Plan. Environmental questions may involve EPA, state agencies, local authorities and facility-specific permits. Our pages link to the sources that support their regulatory context. Guidance and recommended practices serve a different purpose from the text of a rule.

Professional qualifications have defined meaning

PreventX's professional capability includes CSP, CHST, OHST and CIH credentials. BCSP administers the three safety credentials; BGC administers CIH. They are practitioner credentials and should be matched to the job. OSHA Outreach course completion cards are training records, not a statement that a company is OSHA certified.

Know what your engagement includes

Your proposal should identify the work, deliverables, professional skills, locations and schedule. It should also identify the internal people who approve changes and the specialist tasks that require their own scope. A clear plan lets your team understand both the support and the responsibilities.

How to use our guides

Our guides explain common workplace and buying questions in plain English. Check the linked authority for the requirements that apply to your employer, activity and location. Regulatory information can change, and a general guide cannot determine the outcome of a specific case. Page review dates identify the editorial review shown on the site.

Examples and demonstrations are labeled

Illustrative scenarios explain how a process could work. They are not presented as customer case studies. The interactive platform demo uses fictional records, and operational product requirements are discussed separately.

Ask for the information you need

During an engagement discussion, ask about the proposed work, relevant professional qualifications and how the deliverables will be reviewed. If you spot a source issue on the site, tell us the page and the point that needs correction.

A safer workplace starts with a conversation.

Tell us about your operation, your locations, and what needs attention. We'll help you find the right next step.
